Swaging Capabilities

Scotia Technology has acquired new swaging equipment to enhance our tube fitting installation capabilities to meet the needs of our customers! The swage machines can be used for low to high volume production, swaging tubing as small as 1/4 inch O.D. and as large as 5/8 inch O.D., covering virtually all tube wall thicknesses for CRES (corrosion resistant steel) and titanium alloys!  Specifications supported include Heritage McDonnell Douglas DPS 3.80-17, Boeing BAC 5001-4 and Gulfstream PS500586E.

 

Scotia is currently ready and fully tooled to support our customers' immediate needs for external swaging with the Deutsch or Deutsch Lite Permaswage® mechanically attached permanent tube fittings or Stanley-Harrison® elastomeric internal 2-groove tube fittings.
